Arrangements were entrusted to the Bouton Funeral Home, 31 West Church Street, Georgetown, CT 06829. A memorial ceremony will be held in Ossining, N.Y., at a future date.

The family would like to make a special acknowledgement to longtime friend Robert “Binky,” in addition to the many friends and coworkers at Regency Limousine, that Frank held dearest and considered family.
