Susan Hungerford Biondi, 71, of Skillman, N.J., passed away Feb. 14, 2016.
Susan was born and raised in Pelham Manor, N.Y., to Richard and Elizabeth Hungerford. She graduated from St. Vincent’s Hospital School of Nursing NYC in 1965. There she met and married Robert M. Biondi, MD. Sue and Bob were married for almost 50 years and lived in Wilton, Conn., most of their marriage until moving to Skillman, N.J. in 2010.
One of Sue’s greatest joys was spending time at their summer home in West Tisbury on Martha’s Vineyard with her eight grandchildren.
She is survived by her three sons, Nick, Mike and Paul, and their respective wives Melissa, Ginny and Carolyn, and grandchildren Charlie, Marion, Robert, Dawson, Michela, Ben, Elise, Bobby and her two sisters Jane Obernesser and Anne Malnati.
Visiting will be Tuesday, Feb. 16, from 2 to 4, at Hillsborough Funeral Home, 796 U.S. Hwy 206, Hillsborough, N.J., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Skillman, N.J., Wednesday, Feb. 17, at 10 a.m.
