Cora McDonough, the mother of a Wilton resident and a retired photo album, journal and office supply manufacturing company worker, died on Saturday, Oct. 24, at Wilton Meadows. The wife of the late John McDonough, she was 96.
She was born in Portland, Maine, the daughter of Hector and Leah (Burke) Casey, and she had worked as a binder for C.R. Gibson.
She is survived by two sons: John C. McDonough and his wife, Barbara, of Wilton, and Michael J. McDonough and his wife, Carol, of West Virginia.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 29, at the Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Avenue, Norwalk. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery, Norwalk.
