Ralph Yarosh
Ralph Albin Yarosh, age 74, of Milford, husband of Mary Ann Sieczkowski Yarosh, died on Saturday, March 7, 2015. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. on Oct. 7, 1940 to the late Benjamin and Adele Malinowski Yarosh.
Mr. Yarosh worked as a transportation manager in both New York and in Milford for his entire career. He was a Milford resident for more than 40 years and was a long-time parishioner of Saint Ann Church. He was a member of the parish council, church choir and served as a Eucharistic minister. He also enjoyed reading and playing golf.
Survivors include his children: Karen Ann Harrington of Milford, Adrianne Y. Meyer (Jerry) of Wilton, Commander Jeffrey V. Yarosh (Caren) of Florida, six granddaughters; Kristen, Courtney, Erica, Hayley, Evelyn and Olivia, brother, Ben Yarosh of New York and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister, Dolores Dudzinski.
Friends and family are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, March 14, at 11, at Saint Ann Church, Milford. Interment will follow in Kings Highway Cemetery, Milford. Friends may call on Friday, March 13, from 5 to 9, in The Gregory F. Doyle Funeral Home, 291 Bridgeport Avenue, Milford. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701, the American Diabetes Association, 2060 Silas Deane Highway, Rocky Hill, CT 06067 or to The Wounded Warrior Project (woundedwarriorproject.org).
